Welcome!

Admin (Concierge Onboarding)

TL;DR; This section is under construction. Admin features are evolving fast, and the docs haven't caught up yet. In the meantime, if you need help with company setup, user management, plan questions, or anything else admin-related, book a free concierge call with the Lupo team.

Welcome to the admin section. You've arrived at a page that's mostly a friendly placeholder while we finish writing the proper documentation.

Why this is a placeholder

The admin surface of Lupo — company creation, plan management, billing, platform-level people management, enterprise features — is changing quickly. Writing detailed documentation for a moving target tends to leave people confused rather than informed, so we'd rather point you at a real human who can walk you through the current state.

Once the admin features settle down, we'll replace this page with a proper guide. Until then, the concierge is the best way to get accurate answers.

What the concierge can help with

A few things you can ask about during a concierge call:

  • Setting up your company in Lupo's LMS, including creating departments and initial courses.
  • Managing users — adding people, setting roles, bulk-inviting your team.
  • Choosing a plan that matches your organization's size and use case.
  • Migrating existing content from another system — PowerPoints, videos, PDFs — into Lupo.
  • Rolling out training to your team, with advice on what to prioritize and what to skip.
  • Anything Lupo-related that isn't covered elsewhere in this documentation.

The call is free, it's a real person (not a bot), and there's no sales pressure — the goal is to get you productive with Lupo, not to upsell you.
