Book a Free Concierge Onboarding
TL;DR; If you'd rather have someone walk you through Lupo live, book a free session with us here: calendly.com/lupoai/lupo-ai-onboarding. No sales pitch — we'll help you create your first real video during the call.
What a concierge session looks like
A concierge onboarding is a short video call — usually 30 to 45 minutes — where we sit with you and help you make your first video in Lupo. We're not trying to sell you anything on the call. The goal is simple: you finish the session with a finished video that uses your content, and you know exactly how to make the next one on your own.
Most sessions go something like this:
- You tell us what you're trying to train people on — onboarding, product enablement, a specific process, a regulatory module, whatever it is.
- We look at the content you already have (a PowerPoint, a PDF, a Google Slides deck) and help you pick the right starting point.
- We walk you through the upload together, tweak the narration if it needs tweaking, and watch the video come out the other side.
- If the LMS side of Lupo is a fit for you, we also show you how to publish that video as a real course for your learners.
When to book one
Book a session if any of these are true:
- You're new to Lupo and want to skip the trial-and-error phase.
- You have content in an unusual format and aren't sure which creation tool to use.
- You're evaluating Lupo for your whole team and want to see it work with your actual material before rolling it out.
- You already tried a video and the result wasn't quite what you expected, and you want to know what to change.
How to book
Pick a time on the Lupo calendar — the link opens in Calendly, you pick the slot that works for you, and you'll get a calendar invite with the video link.
Before the call, have your source material ready: the PowerPoint, the PDF, or the Google Slides link. That's it. You don't need to prepare anything else.
What if your situation is bigger than a 45-minute call?
That happens. Some teams come to Lupo with hundreds of hours of training to migrate, multiple languages to support, or a specific compliance setup to work inside. If that's you, book the concierge session anyway — it's still the right first step — and we'll plan the larger engagement from there.
