Get to support
TL;DR; Support is reached from the footer of any page — either the
Support link or the Contact email — or by emailing
help@lupo.ai directly.
Before you start
Nothing — this works whether or not you're signed in.
Steps
Scroll to the bottom of any Lupo page. In the Company column of the footer, select Support.
The Support page shows an email button to
help@lupo.ai, a phone number, a link back to these docs, and a short list of what to include in your request so it gets resolved faster. If you'd rather skip the page, the footer's Contact link opens the same
help@lupo.aiaddress directly in your email app.
What this doesn't do
There's no live chat or in-app help center — email and phone are the only channels. There's also no "need help?" link inside a course or activity itself; support is reached the same way from anywhere in Lupo, not contextually from where you got stuck.
If your company uses a branded sign-in page (a white-label subdomain),
its footer doesn't include the Support link — email help@lupo.ai
directly in that case.
Common issues
Can't find the footer — it's at the very bottom of the page, below the main content; on a long page like a course, scroll all the way down.
Where to go next
- Log in from your invitation —
the same
help@lupo.aiaddress is shown there if your invitation link doesn't work. - Self-register for a class — a common reason to need support before you're even enrolled.
