Reports and Metrics
TL;DR; One dashboard rolls up every course in a department — completion, progress, who's active, who's at risk, certificates issued — and exports to CSV. Company Administrator only.
Before you start
See Departments.
Steps
Open Courses metrics — the button sits on the department dashboard next to its courses, and at the top of the department's course list. The top of the page rolls up every course in the department: completion rate, average progress, how many people were active in the last 7 days, how many are at risk, and certificates issued. Completions that were granted rather than earned on the platform — a manual override, an instructor-led class, external credit — are counted separately so they don't inflate the rate.
Below that, a per-course table breaks the same numbers out row by row, with a link into each course's own Reports drill-down for detail.
Export CSV downloads the same data — one row per course (Course, Tiny Url, Status, Type, Enrolled, Completed, Completed (Granted), Completion %, Average Progress %, Active (7d), At Risk, Certificates Issued), followed by the same rollup totals.
What this doesn't do
This page only exists at the department level — there's no company-wide rollup across every department at once from here. An Instructor doesn't see it either: it's for people who oversee the whole department, which means a Company Administrator.
