Find Your Courses
TL;DR; My Courses lists everything you're enrolled in. Courses you're partway through or registered for sit at the top as cards; the rest are tiles you can search by name. Filter by delivery type, and each course tells you at a glance whether you can open it yet.
Before you start
You need to be signed in. If you got here from an invitation email, see Log in from your invitation first.
Steps
Select My Courses from the top navigation, or go there directly after signing in.
When the page shows more than one course, use the filter row to narrow the list to On-Demand, Self-Paced, or Instructor-Led courses, or leave it on All. Once you've picked one, the row stays, so you can get back to All.
A course you're partway through or registered for appears as a card under Your courses near the top of the page, and no longer has a tile. Once you finish an on-demand or self-paced course, it goes back to being a tile. Open it from the card's button, such as Resume. See Take an on-demand course.
Above the tiles, type in the Filter courses… box to find a tile by name, or switch the tiles between card and list view. If you're enrolled in courses across more than one company, Group by company splits the tiles up that way. The search only covers the tiles, not the cards under Your courses.
Each course tile shows the course title and short description, its company and department, and its estimated duration when the course has one. A course offered in only one delivery channel also carries a chip naming that channel.
Select the action button on a tile to open it — it reads View Course, View Video, or a delivery-type-specific label (Instructor-led, Self-paced, On-demand), depending on the course. If you registered for a class that's full, the tile shows a Waitlisted chip instead, and you can't open the content until a seat frees up.
What this doesn't do
My Courses only shows courses you're already enrolled in. It's not the full catalog of what your company offers. If your organization has its own branded Lupo site, open Course Catalog from its Learn menu. Otherwise, ask your instructor or admin how to find other courses or self-register into a class.
A course tile with no content yet shows a disabled No Content button instead of an action — that's a course still being built, not a broken link.
Common issues
No courses listed at all — if you haven't been enrolled in anything yet, My Courses shows an empty state instead of a blank page, with a Browse the course catalog button that takes you to the published courses available to you.
