Usage and Your Plan
TL;DR; Every plan includes a set number of minutes per user each month. The Usage page shows how much of that your department has used — changing the plan itself goes through your Lupo account team, not a settings page.
Before you start
Nothing — the page is there for anyone who holds a seat in a department with an active plan.
Steps
Open Usage from your account menu. Pick a department if you belong to more than one. For the current period it shows the minutes consumed against the minutes available, and how many minutes of video the department has generated month by month.
Your plan defines how many minutes per user it includes each month; that's where the "available" figure comes from. If you've gone over, the available figure simply reads zero — there is no separate "over by" number.
If your subscription was set up through Stripe, a Stripe Portal button on the same page opens Stripe's billing portal for your payment details and invoices. Subscriptions set up by the Lupo team don't show it.
What this doesn't do
There's no page where a Company Administrator changes their own plan or seat count. Upgrading, adding seats, switching tiers — any change to the plan goes through your Lupo account team rather than a self-service control.
Common issues
We're over our minutes for the month. — The Usage page shows available minutes at zero once you're past the allocation; talk to your Lupo account team about adjusting the plan rather than waiting for the next period to reset it.
